Much is to be said about coherence and cinema. This was demonstrated by the guests of our conference “Coherent Action, Incoherent Cinema” which kicked-off this year’s Berlin Critics’ Week. This section of our magazine aims to expand and deepen the conversations of the event. We asked Kara Keeling and Victor Guimarães to continue reflecting based on their respective discussion, while Nick Pinkerton takes a stab at getting a handle on coherent cinema.
